Reasonable borrowing rates for your next fix and flip or investment rental project!!

On Episode 16, I am joined by Stephen Ballard of nationwide fix and flip lender, RCN Capital. Along with vetting every contractor associated with your project, and making sure all permits are in place before doing any work, obtaining the right financing is crucial for your flip or rental as well.

On the episode we discuss the general rates and terms you should expect, the loan process from app to funding, (usually 2 to 3 weeks) and advice to new and experienced flippers and rental investors.

You can also follow along the bumpy journey of my girlfriends first fix and flip on both Instagram and Twitter @ralphspodcast. I have posted the first few videos and will post before, during and after pics and share some painful stories we have learned along the way.

I would love to hear your fix and flip or rental stories as well! You can share those via email to me at ralphspodcast@gmail.com or at my Instagram or Twitter accounts listed above.

Should you like to discuss a fix and flip or rental you are considering, please give me a call at 312 582 0929.
